As an advertising, marketing and communications leader with global market experience spanning APAC, New York and London, I have established myself as a creative solutions specialist; bringing together the most passionate and talented individuals to deliver complex projects and drive business priorities.

With a vision and expert ability to confidently lead scalable solutions, I have a collaborative leadership style and have earned a proven track record for building strong working relationships, tripling revenue, and driving growth portfolios, all whilst managing cross-functional teams.

Whilst I remain focused on excellence, I am a fierce advocate for equality. I've formerly sat as Director - Board of Directors for The 100% Project, to enhance the research and advocacy for achieving 100% gender balance and quotas in Australian leadership. I now remain equally focused as Non-Executive Director for The Women's Club - founded 1901. My leadership here is to continue its legacy, and enhance the exchange of ideas amongst its female members. 

This type of advocacy, teamed with my current study in a Juris Doctor of Law with UNSW, combines a set of goals that forge my managerial, governance and leadership skills, allowing me to build successful teams and enhance workplace culture.
